Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY ONE OF YOUR DESIGNS ESPECIALLY FOR ME?
A: Yes, a majority of my items can be modified to suit your requirements. I can adjust the length of my necklaces, bracelets and earrings. I can also swap the colour of beads and ribbons to suit your colour scheme. Please contact me before placing an order to discuss any required changes so that I can let you know if it is possible and if there will be any extra costs involved. I really would love to help.
Q: WHAT IS THE CURRENT LEAD TIME ON ORDERS?
A: Every single one of my accessories is handmade to order just for you. I aim to dispatch items advertised on my online shop within 10 working days after payment has cleared. Lead times for Bespoke orders are normally 6-8 weeks from the date of order. However, this may be longer during busy times. I will always do our best to accommodate your timescale.
Q: WHERE ARE ANNALIESE RIVERS PIECES MADE?
A: All of my pieces are made by hand, in-house in my workroom in High Wycombe, Bucks.
Q: CAN I COME AND VISIT YOU?
A: Yes, I have a consultation room based in High Wycombe. Face to face consultations are by appointment only. If you are unable to visit me then consultations can be done via telephone or email if you prefer.
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Yes, I do ship Worldwide. My shipping costs are outlined here. Shipping is charged accordingly during the checkout process.
Q: HOW WILL MY ITEM/S BE PACKAGED?
A: All of my headpieces will be sent to you in sturdy gift boxes. Jewellery items will be sent in either sturdy gift boxes or jewellery pouches depending on the size of each piece. For added protection, all of my items are also wrapped in acid-free tissue paper.
Q: HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
A: Currently, payments for items in my online shop are accepted by PayPal. You do not have to have an account with Paypal as it allows you to pay using debit/credit cards. For Bespoke orders (and the non-refundable deposit) a request for payment via bank transfer will be sent to you, along with my bank details.
